As you have seen, shifting has begun in the stacks, in preparation for taking down shelves. Starting at the east wall back stacks:Adult NF, followed by Careers/Civil service/literacy, Bios, Travel, Consumer Reports, Short stories, and newspapers. Teen/fiction shifting to follow. Please take the time to orientate yourselves to the new arrangements. Temp. location signs will be posted on the endcaps (no dewey numbers, just subject areas), and the purple signs are being removed. Additional signage will be alerting patrons about the remodel, and we will also be preparing some FAQ's and talking points for staff to provide to patrons. Also there will be info on both TV's, an article on the website, and posting on Facebook.
